Android OS is an open source operating system, which is based on Linux Kernel. The project in in which Android Application Developers create and develop the Android System is known as the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and is leaded by Google.

1 : Android SDK

The Android SDK i.e. Android Software Development Kit holds the important and useful tools to develop, assemble and package Android applications. The majority of these tools are based on Command Line. The main way to create and develop Android applications is focused around the Java programming language.

2 : Android Debug Bridge

The Android SDK allows you to use the Android Debug Bridge (also know as adb). It is a tool that permits you to connect with a virtual or real Android device, with the end goal of managing the device or debugging your application.
